Privacy policy

Q Garage Doors is a small, owner-led business in Burlington, Wisconsin. This site exists so you can reach us, not to harvest data. Here is exactly what happens with what you share.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, phone number, message, and any optional email address or photo you provide, along with the page you sent it from. That's it. We only ask for what we need to get back to you.

How it's used

Your details come to us so we can respond to your request. To do that they pass through a few services that work on our behalf: Resend delivers the notification email, Supabase stores the record and any photo, and Jobber is the scheduling software used to run the business. We also keep a scrambled, one-way version of your IP address for up to 24 hours, purely to stop bots flooding the form. Beyond those, your details are not sold, rented, or shared with anyone. No marketing lists, no data brokers.

Analytics

The site runs no analytics and sets no tracking cookies. Nothing follows you around, and there is no advertising or cross-site tracking of any kind.

Photos you upload

Photos attached to the form are stored privately, used only to understand your door problem, and are not published anywhere. Project photos shown on this site come from completed jobs, used with the homeowner's permission.

Your choices

Want your information deleted, or prefer we not keep your details after a job? Ask. Email Noah@Qgaragedoors.com or call (262) 492-2682 and it will be handled directly by the owner, not a ticket queue.
